We can represent you in your residential and or commercial land, home, condominium, business, and apartment buying, selling, and renting. We offer a full representation or partial representation.

Full Service

We give you a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) so we can derive at an agreeable listing price. The CMA is based on stats from the area and your neighborhood’s selling history. We take quality pictures so that other agents and buyer will get a good virtual look at the property. We give you advise on how to stage the property or about repairs that need to be made to get it to look its best. Once it is ready for viewing, we put it on the Multiple listing Service (MLS), our website, and local media. We hold a number of open houses. We invite local brokers and agents to come view the property, as well as, potential buyers. We market the property. We assist you in negotiating the highest price, we present you all offers and contracts, we assist in the inspection and appraisal process, and finally, we make sure you get to the closing table on your terms. The cost of full service is an agreed upon percentage paid at closing.

Listing Service only:

We will use up to 20 pictures you provide and list your property on the MLS for four months. Once on the MLS, your home will be available on popular sites like Zillow and Realtor.com. All buyers and agents will contact you. You will do your own showings and negotiations.
